Job Description
Ginosi Apartels is looking to hire a Product Marketing Engineer (PME), one of a kind position custom built to fulfill the needs of a growing company. This position is the first of its kind in Armenia and offers great potential for growth and an opportunity to make a large impact. The ideal incumbent should have strong understanding of product development cycle and digital marketing.

Job Responsibilities
-Be responsible for realizing the Company’s Customer Facing Web Applications, the corporate, booking and reservation management website
-Conceptualization of user experience and interaction design utilizing wire framing, and rapid prototyping. Iterate design based on insights and leverage data in a way that informs your design decisions
-Making the products easy to select, sell, and use through websites and other digital mediums
-Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns (online and through events) by working closely with the Creative Team
-Measure and show progress using various analytical tools to ensure the highest ROI
-Advocate and achieve a great user experience while partnering with engineering teammates to balance technical and business requirements
-Participate, champion and report on the Scrum sessions with the engineering team
-Prepare and review the Product Backlog and deliver it to engineers
-Prioritize requirements, defects (software bugs), and other work items for the development team
-Perform acceptance testing flows and accept or reject the work results correspondingly
-Manage requirements dependencies with other teams, negotiating and re-prioritizing as appropriate

Required Qualifications
-At least 2 years work experience in a similar position
-Knowledge of Agile methodologies specifically in Scrum method
-Comprehensive vision in defining and prioritizing product requirements as stories
-Experience in digital marketing
-Communicate clearly and effectively to both technical and business audiences
-Experience of analytical tools, such as Google Analytics
-Excellent understanding of UI/UX
-Familiarity with web development is an advantage
-Experience in gathering, analyzing and translating market and customer behavior into product requirements
-Excellent organizational and task management skills
-Ability to see a situation, break it down into simple components and understand how and why it works or doesn't
-Tech savvy and fast learning personality
