Job Description
Under supervision of the Secretary General and the guidance of the President of ARCS the incumbent will take the lead of identifying and mobilizing the resources in line with the ARCS priorities and strategies.

Job Responsibilities
-Develop and update Resource Mobilization Strategy, plan of action and other relevant documents
-Take the lead in implementation of the Resource Mobilization Strategy, including the development and execution of separate independent Strategic plans for dealing with government channel for mobilizing resources with the corporate sector and plan for the development of individual within the given frames, defined in the Strategy;
-Coordinate organization of ARCS activities to raise funds from public and corporate sources
-Coordinate monitoring of opening priorities, lots, project proposals and ensuring ARCS participation
-Ensure the work of the regions to enhance participation in the State Social Orders; for the development of partnership programs with small and medium businesses; and to develop fundraising in the communities, providing overall strategic direction, materials, key messages, communication plans and other required tools
-Lead the development and execution of the Annual plans based on existing Resource Mobilization Strategy, including plans to hold fundraising events and activities in line with ARCS mission, principles, values and activities
-Undertake the establishment of mutually beneficial contacts, and maintaining strategic contacts both with external partners and within the organization. Introduction of ARCS among potential major donors, through presentations, projects, joint events, etc.
-Ensure ethical principles of ARCS fundraising
-Create an effective database of donors and the active use of the database, coordination of information on priority donors with further development of a portfolio of projects for donors
-Responsible for implementation of search and attraction of tangible and/or intangible resources (human, information, financial, etc.) to ensure the implementation of the Strategy
-Provide learning and growth of fundraising to employees of ARCS
-Regular monitoring and analysis of ARCS fundraising activities, awareness of similar activities, both within the Movement and within the country (NGOs, etc.) with a view to early detection of a strategically important opportunities for fundraising, as well as principal risks and, consequently, the scheme of response

Required Qualifications
-University Degree (economic, management, business administration, marketing, communications, international relations or their equivalent)
-Qualification or MBA degree in management or marketing is an asset
-Minimum 3 years of work experience in resource mobilization and fundraising for the organization (preferably international organization)
-Experience in development and implementation of policies and strategic plans
-Ability to work with MS Office and databases
-Excellent knowledge of spoken and written Armenian, English and Russian
-Knowledge and skills for development of high-quality project proposals
-Communication and interpersonal skills of the highest standard
-Easygoing and able to work in a team
-Committed to travel outside and inside the country on a frequent basis
