Job Description
Armenia-Canadian company is seeking CRM, Business Development Manager in Yerevan, working for local and Canadian office.

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Business Development, CRM Manager who will establish potential client’s base by contacting prospective clients and expending business with current clients. Business Development Manager will be developing strategic plans and marketing programs to increase company’s revenues and profitability.

Working hours Monday to Friday (summer time 16:00 - 01:00 night, winter time 17:00 - 02:00 night Yerevan Time)

Job Responsibilities
-Work with CRM (Customer Relationship Management software)
-Conducting organization's marketing strategy and sales policy
-Respond to customers’ requests, answer questions and offer printing and transportation services
-Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate marketing plan
-Evaluating/discovering potential business opportunities
-Expanding business with current customers
-Input of prospects customers in CRM online software from different sources- Google, Yellow pages, Association directories, etc.
-Excellent customer service, communication and negotiation skills with strong command of English (both verbal and written)
-Communicate with potential clients with various methods including phone, email and cold calls.
-Provide clients customized solutions to transportation needs and related issues
-Negotiate pricing to service all prospect and client’s needs
-Tracking the tenders, Cost Estimating
-Managing the sales
-Planning and placing orders
-Conducting sales coordination and analysis

Required Qualifications
-Verbal Communication – Speaks English clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
-Must have previous inside sales experience
-Must have calling⁄business development experience
-Previous printing/logistics/transportation sales experience highly preferred.
-Outbound call experience
-Customer service skills
-High degree of telephone etiquette, confidence and professionalism in interacting with customers and carrier partners
-Computer knowledge- working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with focus on Excel spreadsheets
-Good interpersonal communication skills
-Solid customer service and negotiation skills
-Ability to work late hours
