Job Description
We are looking for HR Generalist who will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level. Our ideal candidate have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation. A successful HR Generalist will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.

Your role as an HR Generalist will be far from one-dimensional. You will undertake a wide range of HR tasks and act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics.

The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.

Job Responsibilities
-Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
-Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications, post jobs
-Attract, source, & screen applicants using a variety of techniques, including networking, social outreach and direct sourcing.
-Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule, monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
-Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
-On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated
-Administer compensation and benefit plans
-Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
-Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
-Undertake tasks around performance management
-Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
-Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
-Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
-Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition
-Give presentations at colleges, attend student group meetings, and increase college awareness of the company before and after career fairs
-Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
-Ensure compliance with labor regulations
-Assist HR team in realization of daily task and ongoing duties

Required Qualifications
-Graduate degree in economics/management
-3+ years of proven work experience in HR
-Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
-Hands on experience with various selection processes
-Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
-Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
-Proven relationship building skills
-Strong decision-making skills
-Effective oral and written communication skills
-Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
-Ability to work with various departments and independently with minimal supervision
-Skills in database management and record keeping
-Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
-Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully
-Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
