Job Description
“Premium Machinery AM” LLC is looking for a person on the position of office manager.
Working hours 09:30 – 18:30 Monday to Saturday

Job Responsibilities
Organize office operations and procedures
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items
are invoiced and paid on time
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
Provide general support to visitors
Coordinate schedules, appointments and bookings
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
A minimum of 1 year working experience on a similar position
Intermediate knowledge of Russian and English languages
Knowledge of Armsoft/SAP is a big plus
