Margasoft Corp is looking for an experienced professional to join our growing team. These are exciting

The successful candidate will get great exposure to a range of professionals by communicating directly
with all members of the Business Development team and the Clients.

Job Responsibilities
-Discover and secure new business opportunities 
-Support sales strategy to achieve sales goals through the Request of Proposal Process (RFP)
-Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and determine compliance with RFP requirements
-Articulate proposal strategy, technical solution, and the company’s win themes
-Collaborate with BD and technical colleagues to assemble technical inputs and define technical
-solutions to client requirements
-Write all aspects of a technical proposal, including company overview, technical
-approach/methodology/solution, previous performances, and resumes
-Experience in production of proposal materials including printing, binder assembly, packaging and
-arranging for delivery (and backup delivery) to customers.
-Prepare documentation and content 
-Foster beneficial relationships with business partners, potential clients, and business contacts in order
-to attract new business and enhance organization reputation 
-Other projects and duties as assigned


Required Qualifications
-Fluent communication skills in spoken and written English 
-Experience with bidding or RFP processes 
-Experience in proposal writing (experience in IT is a big plus)
-Strong knowledge in generating business process documentation 
-Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills 
-Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally 
-Good time management skills 
-Deep knowledge of B2B and B2B2C sales techniques 
-Expertise in writing proposals 
-Results driven and delivery focused
