Division: Business design and digital transformation center
Location: Yerevan
Employment term: Full time

A Project Assistant will be in charge of assisting our Project Managers in organizing our ongoing projects. This involves monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

To be successful as a Project Assistant, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office applications, etc., and have exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Job Responsibilities
-Assists and coordinate project(s) or works with a Project Manager to deliver high quality products
-Provides technical assistance with analyzing, defining and formalizing business, functional, non-functional and technical requirements and developing Features, Epics and User Stories under PM supervision
-Assists PM with internal and external communication
-Assists in running Scrum meetings effectively (Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews/Demos, Sprint Retrospectives and Sprint Planning)
-Follows up on internal and/or external project team members (from business and IT) under PM supervision
-Responsible for tracking defined KPIs for the Team and team members
-Designs, develops and maintains team performance dashboards under the guidance of a PM
-Prepares various reports on Team performance as needed
-Maintains Jira and/or MS Teams project artifacts
-May serve as short term backup for PMs


Required Qualifications
-Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Project Intern, Project Coordinator, Administrative Assistant or in a related capacity; preferably working in an IT or technology environment
-Strong interest in IT and technology required
-Strong organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while still meeting deadlines
-Strongly proficient in Microsoft Office applications
-Self-motivated and proactive – anticipates issues and opportunities and takes initiative to address them without direction
-Positive, helpful, and collaborative team player
-Personable, open-minded and flexible
-Able to work with minimal supervision
