Աշխատանքային պարտականությունները

  •  Contribute to the general knowledge of the delegation about the forensic programme, its humanitarian
  • consequences, and the needs of the families of missing
  •  Support in research activities related to clarification of the fate of missing persons from the past/recent conflict,
  • as well as other emergency situations, to ensure appropriate collection, interpretation, and maintenance of
  • information
  •  Support to maintain contact and communicate with relevant local authorities (i.e. forensic practitioners, law
  • enforcement authorities, judicial operators, non-state organizations, etc.) involved in forensic/missing persons
  • research activities
  •  Take a lead role in the coordination of forensic training/workshops/meetings for stakeholders and if required for
  • the ICRC staff with strong emphasis on the oversight and coordination of administrative and logistical functions
  • (e.g. preparation of internal procedures, reporting on delivery of goods, donations, organizing accommodations
  • etc.)
  • Maintain, organize and keep the management updated about the in-house storage of items for all forensic
  • projects including monitoring the forensic stock to ensure its timely replenishment
  •  Support the team with verbal and written translations in forensic/missing persons’ meetings, briefings, training
  • sessions and workshops internally & externally
  •  Accompany the Forensic Coordinator during the meetings in different forensic facilities (i.e., mortuaries) with
  • interlocutors, translate and compile minutes of meetings when required
  •  Take charge of paper and electronic filing of all forensic documents, correspondence, etc., in line with
  • delegation policy.

  • University degree (preferably in medical, biological, or forensic sciences, certificates in relevant field will be
  • viewed as assets)
  • Ability to undertake responsibilities under supervision, but with considerable degree of autonomy
  • Ability to support in administrative duties
  • Very good analytical and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken & written English and Armenian (knowledge of Russian will be viewed as an
  • asset)
  • Computer Proficiency (MS Office package: Excel, Word, Power point etc.)
  • Excellent data management skills

Crescent Movement.
