Должностные обязанности

• Strategically plan and coordinate events in various countries, each hosting over 500 guests,
• Develop detailed event proposals, including research of venues, and suppliers while adeptly negotiating pricing,
• Innovate and propose creative ideas to enhance the overall success of each event,
• Manage event budgets to provide financial efficiency,
• Ensure flawless event execution and promptly solve any issues or challenges that may arise during the event,
• Promote and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and sponsors to ensure their regular support and involvement in events,
• Maintain event timelines and schedules to ensure all activities run smoothly and on time.

Требования

• Demonstrate an exceptional command of the English language,
• Exhibit strong time management skills to ensure efficient event planning and execution,
• Possess outstanding communication and negotiation skills,
• Show excellent organizational skills paired with effective time management,
• Display a proactive approach to problem-solving, promptly resolving challenges as they arise,
• A background in marketing, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.
