Job responsibilities
• analysis of customer applications;
• registration of new service points (POS, V-POS) in AS and processing systems;
• quick solutions to the issues with POS և ATMs;
• daily monitoring of transactions;
• monitoring of partner companies;
• video monitoring of frauds.
Required qualifications
• university degree (technical knowledge will be a plus);
• work experience in customer service (preferably also in payments systems/ATMs/POS service);
• knowledge of AS, Smart Vista will be a plus;
• good command of English;
• advanced communication skills;
• ability and desire to learn quickly.
