Job responsibilities
• create grammatically sound content consistent with the brand’s tone of voice and identity;
• participate in developing, writing and editing digital content that meets project goals and end-user needs;
• research industry topics;
• develop related content for multiple platforms such as website, application, blog, social media, email, Viber, SMS;
• manage content development flows efficiently;
• ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone);
• update website content as required.
Required qualifications
• university degree in linguistics, journalism, or related fields;
• 2+ years of experience in content production, content management or a similar role;
• hands-on experience in developing conversational content;
• experience in developing content for banking or fintech fields;
• work experience with Content Management Systems will be an advantage;
• portfolio of published articles;
• advanced MS Word and MS Excel skills;
• excellent writing and editing skills in Armenian and English;
• ability to meet all deliverable deadlines;
• advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
