• Ensure the identification and monitoring of various types of fraud in the gambling industry across all gambling products
• Innovate data analysis techniques to optimize business processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Participate in fraud investigations, profiling, and customer segmentation to preempt high-risk scenarios effectively
• Provide operational and management decision-makers across all business areas with data-driven insights regarding risk management
• Establish and streamline interactions between departments and the risk analytics team to enhance consistency and efficiency
• Generate data-supported ideas for business growth, evaluating their expected economic impact based on discovery dates.
• Develop a comprehensive system of metrics and explore their correlations with the company's business metrics.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance service delivery and efficiency
• Collaborate closely with platform developers, analysts from various business areas, and operational risk managers.

• University degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or related fields

• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze large datasets, knowledge in data discovering methodology

• Understanding of metrics related to online business (web, product, CRM, general financial)

• SQL skills are mandatory, and knowledge of Python will be an advantage

• Experience in Risk Analytics and Gambling Analytics will be advantageous

• English is required, and other languages will be an advantage

• Proactive communication and presentation skills to communicate with team members, external data providers, C-level

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to understand and address poorly formalized problems, extracting and emphasizing key insights

• Proficiency in working with large volumes of data, demonstrating efficiency and accuracy

• Capability to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on digital analytics results.
