• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and study global Fintech innovation trends;
• Proactively search for new innovative ideas and business opportunities;
• Test new ideas or concepts before they are implemented in the marketplace; ensure timely and successful commercialization of approved initiatives;
• Work closely with business and product teams to continuously inject innovations in the processes and products of the Bank;
• Estimate budgets for new innovative projects and initiatives;
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to enhance innovative thinking around the Bank;
• Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.

Պահանջվող որակավորումներ

• University degree in business management, engineering, finance or related fields;
• Work experience in Fintech or IT company is a plus;
• Experience in innovation management;
• Knowledge of world news, recent trends, new technologies and consumer behavior;
• A solid understanding of innovation and how it should be applied in business;
• Advanced research skills,
• Ability to manage multiple and diverse projects at once;
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders (internal and external);
• Excellent command of English and Russian.
