Protection of Rights without Borders is a non-profit organization of human rights and legal professionals, which are engaged in monitoring, advocacy, raising awareness and strategic litigation. The Organization defends and promotes human rights and freedoms and carries out activities designed to strengthen and develop human rights jurisprudence and obtain redress for people whose rights have been violated. The organization’s mission is to strengthen the effectiveness of human rights protection and to promote the cooperation with similar international and foreign organizations. It provides expertise and advice on human rights litigation regarding issues of particular international, regional or national importance and supports efforts to develop international and regional human rights standards, often through litigation before the European Court of Human Rights.
