The Role • Perform calls for loads to be picked up or delivered • Analyzing the offers from brokers and negotiating with drivers • Manage delivery and driver actions • Deliver exceptional service for customers, communicate any issues, verify load details and dispatch drivers • Perform check calls to drivers and carriers confirming on-time pick-up and delivery of shipments • Validate all load data prior to making a load as delivered What you need to succeed at Vikings Armenia • Working time is Monday to Friday 4PM to 2AM • Communication skills in English • Ability to get along with diverse personalities • Recruit and coordinate truck drivers according to availabilities and requirements • Follow-up skills with ability to identify and resolve problems • Quick-thinking skills and taking decisive actions in case of issues • Related experience and/or related training is preferred Compensation • Load commission 20% Application Procedure Please send your CV to [email protected].
