ProSME(powered by GTZ/PEM) is a project of The German Agency for Technical Cooperation (GTZ) in Armenia – carried out by PEM Consult GmbH, Düsseldorf by order of the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development. The goal of the project is the sustainable promotion of the development of small and medium enterprises (SME) in Armenia, so that this sector justifies its role of the main employer and economic stimulator.
