-Prepare and maintain Test Plans and Scenarios
-Test Factumsoft solutions in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other systems
-Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases
-Identify, analyze, and document problems, report test results
-Participate in product design reviews and provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems
-Collaborate with the Agile/ Scrum teams
-Set up, manage, maintain and continuously improve the QA processes

-Technical education and background
-Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
-Knowledge of Software Testing Fundamentals
-Basic knowledge of C# Programming Language and SQL 
-Self-starter, goal-getter (finisher), detail-oriented (perfectionist)
-Eager to continuously improve by learning, applying, and growing
-Proven strong discipline and organizational skills
-Proven multi-tasking and prioritization skills
-Fluency in English, verbal and written communication skills (knowledge of German or French is plus)
