• Processing applications and data entry
• Handover of Passports to the High Commission and/or its Consulates. 
• Handover of passports to Courier/Applicants
• Handling of postal applications 
• Scanning and uploading of documentation
• Tracking of passports 
• Handling customer queries in person, by email, and on the telephone 
• General administration duties 
• The above list is not exhaustive, and other duties may be required from time to time in line with business requirements

Պահանջվող որակավորումներ

• Previous experience in a client facing role or Customer Support is a plus
• Excellent written; verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• A good attention to accuracy and detail
• A proactive can-do attitude
• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus

Spain visa application center in Yerevan is looking for a Submission Officer on a contract basis. Contract duration: 2 months with the possibility of extension depending on business requirements. From Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 18:00 Start and finish times may be subject to change due to business requirements, so some flexibility will be required.
