Աշխատանքային պարտականությունները

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Drawing up contracts and other legal documents
  • To manage the working environment, ensuring that all legal requirements and standards are met 
  • To support the CRE Director with office specific projects
  • To ensure delivery of Facility Management projects including preventative and corrective maintenance, life-cycle requirements, and service level agreements
  • To ensure reception, maintenance, cleaning, and general Facility Management services are delivered in line with the contract scope
  • To communicate with key stakeholders to make sure that the services provided by Workspace are appropriate and operate properly and efficiently
  • To manage, implement and control physical access system, policies, and procedures
  • To manage completion of general risk assessments and carry out all necessary follow-up activities  
  • To develop, implement and manage HSSE procedures to deliver a healthy and safe working environment
  • To develop and implement workspace initiatives that promote a positive working environment and employee wellbeing
  • To manage Workspace related third party vendors
  • To ensure employees are supported in their agile work demands and that shared spaces are used appropriately
  • To understand business needs and priorities and identify potential opportunities for adding value to business corporate objectives
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports.

Требования
  • 1+ years of related experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of Excel 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skill
  • Fluency in Armenian and English, Russian (Preferable)
  • Eager to continuously improve by learning, applying, and growing
  • Self-motivated
