• Implement robust and efficient database schemas, queries, and optimizations for SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, code quality, and best practices within the backend development team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including the adoption of new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance backend development processes and productivity.
• Conduct thorough testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing, to ensure high-quality and reliable backend functionality.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy and manage backend applications on-premises environment or in a cloud, leveraging automation and infrastructure-as-code principles.
• Monitor and optimize backend performance, identifying and addressing bottlenecks, latency issues, and scalability concerns.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in backend development, and provide recommendations for the adoption of new technologies and practices.
• Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to architectural decision-making.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts, resolving complex technical issues and providing root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards, implementing robust authentication, authorization, and data protection measures.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development using .NET Core and C#.
• Proven experience in designing and developing scalable and performant backend systems.
• Strong understanding of backend development principles, including API design, database design, and security.
• Expertise in developing RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core, including versioning, error handling, and authentication mechanisms.
• Real-time data streaming: Implementing WebSocket-based data streaming solutions where server-side components push real-time data updates to connected clients.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, with experience in query optimization, indexing, and data modeling.
• Solid understanding of authentication and authorization protocols, such as OAuth and JWT.
• Experience with message queuing systems (e.g., RabbitMQ) and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of Design patterns
• Ability to use GitLab.
