• Responsible for taking part in any new project or planning of the company
• Responsible for implementing the tasks on time and accurately set by Chief Engineer
• Responsible for the technical supervision of the development, production or operation of any engineering project initiated in the company’s multifunctional business profiles
• Perform and assist in practical solutions for any arisen technical issue related to the ongoing and planned production lines/equipment by executing online communication with the partner companies in abroad
• As an engineering team member, to work with other managerial staff to ensure project completion in an efficient manner
• Negotiate with team members to generate ideas and clarify specifications
• To execute both in the office and on location. To work outdoors, on a factory floor or near the construction and production sites.
• To participate in each phase of the installation of equipment / production lines, to oversee equipment maintenance for ensuring their smooth and uninterrupted operation in the company
• Determines the goals of the company
• Follow with the plans of each phase of the project and assist in their fulfilment process
• Identifies and procures the resources needed, mainly from abroad
• Evaluates and suggests the optimal costs within a specific time and volume frames in suggesting solutions to the arisen technical issues
• Performs quality control checks, ensuring the safety and effectiveness or reliability of the systems or equipment operatrion
• Follow up the technical safety systems in all infrastructural field of the company
• Continuously follow up the implementations of technical safety instructions to the staff of the productions
• Assist in the installation of the equipment or the manufacturing process of a product

Պահանջվող որակավորումներ

•  Master's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline, technical and/or energetic background
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in technical and /or production field
• Experience in working in productions planning, installing and implementing the corresponding technologies
• As a member, to have experience in a team of five or more engineers by having an outstanding record of successful results in projects
• Thorough knowledge of industry codes and rules
• Evidence of excellent creativity and skills in problem solving as well as keen analytical abilities
• Strong qualities of responsibilities, as well as excellent communication skills
• Ability to negotiate with team members and partners in abroad
• Ability to work under pressure
•  Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English languages, Russian language is a plus
• Computer skills
