Act as the Digital media expert for Worldwide labels, buying, optimization, reporting and negotiating with partners
Plan and manage paid campaigns across DSPs, GoogleAds, Yandex Direct or other PPC platforms
Monitor Digital media buys to ensure all brand safety, ad fraud, and viewability standards are met or exceeded
Research and record trends, innovations, and changes that affect media buying
Implement test initiatives such as landing page, A/B testing, multivariate testing, offer testing
Provide recommendations on Ad, landing pages, websites, and overall user experience to optimize conversion cost
Organize the creation of visuals and creative assets for the placements for all the acquisition channels

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
At least 2 years of experience in Digital Media Buying or PPC Advertising
Demonstrated B2C direct experience with analytics and reporting tools
Understanding of digital marketing and advertising trends and industry, best practices and ability to implement across programs
Knowledge of English is required, and any other language is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Exceptional project management skills and attentive to detail
Knowledge in PPC or DSP platforms
Ability to work with digital analytics tools tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Kochava, Voluum, Keitaro(or similar trackers)
