• Monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Social Media Marketing initiatives with overall marketing plans and campaigns
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in Social Media Marketing, incorporating innovative approaches into our strategies
• Provide regular reports and insights on Social Media performance, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Social Media-related inquiries, feedback, and support issues, ensuring timely and professional responses.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or Media
• Knowledge and experience in the gaming field
• Excellent knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
