We have highly ambitious plans and we are looking for a Business Intelligence & CRM Analyst.

About the Role:

As a Business Intelligence & CRM Analyst, you will collaborate with all other departments (Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and Finance) of our company. A Business Intelligence & CRM Analyst plays a crucial role in enhancing an organization's decision-making process by analyzing data and providing actionable insights. This role involves gathering, interpreting, and leveraging customer data to improve CRM strategies and optimize business performance. An effective Business Intelligence & CRM Analyst helps businesses understand customer behavior, improve customer retention, and drive sales growth.

Required candidate level: Mid level

Աշխատանքային պարտականությունները

  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain customer segmentation models.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and initiatives.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports/dashboards on customer metrics.
  • Present insights, findings, and recommendations to key stakeholders at all levels

Պահանջվող որակավորումներ

  • University degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or related fields
  • At least two years of experience in a relevant position (iGaming, online products, e-commerce) is mandatory
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze large datasets, knowledge in CRM analysis
  • Understanding of metrics related to online business (web, product, CRM, general financial)
  • SQL skills are mandatory, and knowledge of Python will be an advantage
  • Experience in web analytics will be an advantage
  • English is required, and other languages will be an advantage
  • Proactive communication and presentation skills are essential for effectively communicating with team members, external data providers, and C-level executives
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
