Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities.
Develop and maintain customer segmentation models.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and initiatives.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports/dashboards on customer metrics.
Present insights, findings, and recommendations to key stakeholders at all levels

Պահանջվող որակավորումներ

University degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or related fields
At least two years of experience in a relevant position (iGaming, online products, e-commerce) is mandatory
Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze large datasets, knowledge in CRM analysis
Understanding of metrics related to online business (web, product, CRM, general financial)
SQL skills are mandatory, and knowledge of Python will be an advantage
Experience in web analytics will be an advantage
English is required, and other languages will be an advantage
Proactive communication and presentation skills are essential for effectively communicating with team members, external data providers, and C-level executives
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

As a Business Intelligence & CRM Analyst, you will collaborate with all other departments (Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and Finance) of our company. A Business Intelligence & CRM Analyst plays a crucial role in enhancing an organization's decision-making process by analyzing data and providing actionable insights. This role involves gathering, interpreting, and leveraging customer data to improve CRM strategies and optimize business performance. An effective Business Intelligence & CRM Analyst helps businesses understand customer behavior, improve customer retention, and drive sales growth.
