• Interact closely with external customers to negotiate and finalize agreements with vendors and service providers.
• Understand and apply incoterms and shipping options to optimize procurement and logistics processes.
• Communicate effectively with leads and customers via email to ensure clarity and efficiency in all transactions.
• Track all appointments, sales, complaints, and status reports to maintain organized and up-to-date records.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery timelines, and pricing to ensure compliance with organizational requirements and expectations.
• Adhere strictly to established procurement policies and procedures to maintain consistency and compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in procurement or event management.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, with proficiency level of C1.
• Proficiency in the Armenian and Russian languages.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and procedures.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting goals and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a high emphasis on accuracy.
• Ability to organize and work efficiently in stressful situations.
