• Develop and implement performance management systems, processes that align with the organization's strategic objectives

• Collaborate with department heads and team leads to establish key performance indicators and objectives for employees

• Continuously monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing regular, constructive feedback to ensure alignment with organizational goals

• Assist in designing and implementing a system for defining (re-defining) employee seniority levels (junior, middle, senior)

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop a robust evaluation system that accurately reflects employee seniority level

• Establish clear, measurable performance criteria and assessment standards for each seniority level

• Establish efficient data collection processes and utilize advanced tools to gather and analyze performance-related data

• Generate comprehensive reports and recommendations for senior management to facilitate data-driven decision-making

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field
  
• Previous experience in performance management, talent development, or a related HR function would be a plus
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to provide constructive feedback and facilitate discussions
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical conduct in all business-related matters
