• Create and update documents: User Manuals, User Guides, Quick References, and Technical Specifications

• Participate in the creation of internal procedures and process guides for the Technical Publications department

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME) from Research & Development (R&D), Product Management, and Product Marketing teams

• Collaborate with a team of technical writers

• Peer review the documents created by the technical writers

• Mentor new team members

• Collect user feedback to update and improve content

• Ensure content standardization

• Meet deadlines

Պահանջվող որակավորումներ

• Bachelor’s degree in English, IT or Engineering

• Prior experience working within IT Development, SaaS, or web-based technology environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Demonstrable portfolio of writing samples

• Experience with G-Suite

• Experience with image editing tools: Snagit, Adobe Photoshop

• Experience with MS Office

• Obsessive about technical accuracy and strong attention to details

• Passion to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly-changing environment

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Willingness to learn new tools and skills

  Preferred:

  • Experience with Atlassian tools: JIRA/Confluence
  • Experience with Web: HTML, CSS
  • Experience creating and using infographics such as diagrams, screenshots, and charts that increase user’s understanding
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
