Armos is seeking a Recruiter with proven experience in hiring both digital marketing specialists and production staff.

Աշխատանքային պարտականությունները

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing roles (e.g., SMM specialists, content creators, PPC),
• Source, screen, and recruit production and factory workers,
• Utilize a wide range of recruitment tools and channels (job boards, social media, internal referrals, etc.),
• Build, maintain, and update candidate databases and talent pools,
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and candidate assessments,
• Collaborate with department heads to understand current and future hiring needs,
• Monitor and apply the latest trends in recruitment.
