Աշխատանքային պարտականությունները

  • Outgoing and incoming mails and post management, 
  • Documentation Digitalizing and archiving 
  • Organizing and covering business trips and related documentation accordingly.
  • Creating regular and on demand reports.
  • Fully involved in daily operation of office, 
  • Vendors' contract management,
  • Implementation of regular or on-demand inventory, 
  • Supporting and assisting IT specialist regarding staff needs, 
  • Developing regular and on demand reports,
  • Providing office supplies to staff ,
  • Identifying office equipment and devices problems and handling the maintenance process

Պահանջվող որակավորումներ
  • Minimum 2 years administrative work experience,
  • Preferably with knowledge/experience in handling legal or governmental documents
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to work intense situations,
  • Time management,
  • Fluency in Armenian, English and good level of Russian,
  • Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities. 
  • Computer literacy,
  • Teamworking, 
  • Good communication
  • Ability to think logically,
  • Goal orientation and eagerness to learn new skills for the best results
