• Assist the Head of IT in coordinating and managing ongoing IT projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Monitor progress and report on the status of various projects, identifying potential delays or issues.
• Facilitate communication between IT departments, ensuring smooth collaboration and task distribution.
• Take on delegated tasks from the Head of IT to help reduce workload, including technical, operational, and administrative duties.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for ongoing projects.
• Schedule and organize project meetings, tracking action items and following up with stakeholders as needed.
• Serve as a point of contact for external partners and vendors regarding IT-related matters.
• Manage and prioritize incoming requests to ensure the Head of IT can focus on high-priority initiatives.
• Assist with resource planning and allocation within the IT division.
• Track and manage budgets related to IT projects and department spending.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

Պահանջվող որակավորումներ

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination, technical support, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Project Management Online 365, etc.).
• Familiarity with IT systems and infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken formats.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in English, Russian and Armenian.
• Knowledge of IT hardware, software, and networking principles is a plus.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
